About

Join MoAD Stories for live art, live music, poetry, a  panel discussion, and  a  screening  of Crossing Fences: Intergenerational Stories of Black Masculinity. Inspired by August Wilson's landmark play "Fences."

This project provides  "first voice" intergenerational stories of young and older men of African descent in Oakland and San Francisco.  It engages the deep and rich conversations, dialogues, and stories that we rarely hear from Black men.

Make sure not to miss this moving night full of entertainment and emotion as we expand this conversation.

Tonight's musical guest is Los Rakas
