Open Mic at MoAD is going virtual! All interested readers, please sign up to perform below. For those interested in being part of the audience, no need to rsvp.

OPEN MIC THURSDAYS continue. Because we remain closed due to the global pandemic COVID-19, we will host our Open Mic online via ZOOM. Because we had such an awesome first virtual open mic, we will bring them to you TWICE per month instead of once.

Look for MoAD Open Mic this month on the SECOND & FOURTH THURSDAYS.

JUBI ARRIOLA-HEADLEY (he/him) is a Black queer poet, storyteller, & first-generation United Statesian who lives with his husband in South Florida & whose work explores themes of manhood, vulnerability, rage, tenderness & joy. He’s a 2018 PEN America Emerging Voices Fellow & his work has been published in Ambit, Beloit Poetry Journal, Nimrod, Southeastern Humanities Review, & elsewhere. His first collection of poems, original kink, is available now from Sibling Rivalry Press.
