About

"A Dialogue: Francis Fukuyama in absentia with DeShawn Dumas," provides a point of departure for a deeper experience of DeShawn Dumas’ Emerging Artist exhibition Against the End of History.  Erasing the line between artist talk, sketch-comedy, and academic lecture, Dumas delivers a multi-media poetic on formal process anchored by onto-aesthetics.  A term deployed by the artist to describe visual and material experiences of the moral, economic, and ecological consequences of whiteness and the revolutionary social and political context of black humanity.

This event is free to the public with RSVP. Light refreshments will be served.
