Exhibitions Manager
The Exhibitions Manager leads the operational planning and delivery of exhibitions at the Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD). Working closely with the Chief of Curatorial Affairs and Public Programs, the curatorial assistant, assigned curators, and colleagues across the museum, this position brings approved curatorial plans to life through effective production management, responsible budgeting, and rigorous artwork care.
Programs Manager, Learning and Family Engagement
Reporting directly to the Curator of Learning and Family Engagement with oversight from the Chief of Curatorial Affairs and Public Programs, the Programs Manager serves on the Learning and Family Engagement team. The Programs Manager has a passion for promoting the mission and programs of MoAD and manages the implementation of programmatic needs for the MoAD in the Classroom (MIC) program, the Summer Teen Program and the Teacher Professional Learning programs.
Teaching Artist
MoAD is hiring Teaching Artists to bring the art of the African Diaspora into Bay Area classrooms. MoAD in the Classroom (MIC) is the museum's school outreach program, building visual arts literacy and sustained exposure to contemporary art for 3rd and 4th grade students at Title I schools across the San Francisco Bay Area.
