Chef-in-Residence Bryant Terry presents Choppin’ It Up with MoAD
In this weekly IG live series, MoAD’s Chef-in-Residence Bryant Terry will talk to noted creatives of African descent (farmers, chefs, authors, activists, entrepreneurs, and the like) about how they have been navigating work and life during the stay-at-home order.
Nicole A. Taylor is a producer based in Brooklyn, New York. In 2020, Nicole was nominated for two James Beard Awards, Personal Essay Short Form, and Innovative Storytelling. She has written for the New York Times, Atlas Obscura, Food & Wine, and Wine Enthusiast.
Nicole founded NAT Media, an original content company focused on producing and amplifying black food creatives. She is the author of The Up South Cookbook and The Last O.G. Cookbook, and was the executive food editor at Thrillist. She also serves on the boards of EATT (Equity At The Table), Edna Lewis Foundation, and the advisory committee for the MOFAD's exhibit, African/American.
