Join us for a special edition of MoAD Mix: A Spirited Discussion on Art & Culture, as we turn the spotlight on MoAD’s Emerging Artist Program (EAP) — an incubator for bold, innovative, and socially engaged artists in the Bay Area and beyond.

In this session, we’ll celebrate the creative journeys of past EAP artists, revisit some of their most compelling works, and explore how the program has shaped their artistic practices. Whether you’re an artist considering applying or simply curious about how MoAD nurtures emerging talent, this is your chance to hear firsthand what it means to grow within this community.

Special Guest: Acclaimed artist and past EAP recipient Ramekon O’Arwisters will join us to share his journey through the program — from how it impacted the evolution of his artistic practice to the path his career has taken since. His reflections will offer valuable insight into what being part of EAP can mean for an emerging artist.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the application process, artist support, and what to expect as part of the 2025 cohort.
