Our Featured Poet: Porsche Veu

PORSCHE VEU aka The Poetic Activist is an unapologetic author, motivational speaker, facilitator and artist from Oakland, CA. With a passion for God, creative arts, DEI, social justice, and mental & emotional health, especially among BIPOC and women, Porsche aims to bridge the gap between faith & social justice, create brave atmospheres for uncomfortable conversations, and inspire others to find healing & freedom in telling their own stories using motivational speaking, workshop facilitation, poetry and music. Her mantra to live by is "Erase shame, tell your story", which comes from her debut book 2 Kinds of Fire, a story of pain and overcoming told through poetry.
