Health Safety Plan

MoAD is excited to have you back!

We will be open to the public in early January 2021. Tickets will become available in December 2020.

We have installed new safety measures to ensure that you have a safe and healthy experience, including hand sanitizer stations, frequent cleaning schedule, improved air flow, reduced capacity, and increased signage. You can review all of our safety measures as required by the San Francisco Department of Public Health.

MOAD Health and Safety Plan

Per city regulations, a face covering must be worn at all times for all guests over the age of 3. A face covering must cover both your nose and mouth at all times during your visit. Members and guests without a face covering will not be allowed into MoAD.

Capacity in the building has been reduced to below 25% of its total capacity. A one-way flow has been established to help keep the spaces comfortable. Please maintain social distance at all times. Your patience is appreciated for our smaller spaces, including the second floor Bates Gallery, elevators, and restrooms.

Please wash your hands – hand sanitizer is available on every floor near the stairways, elevators, and restrooms.

Please treat each other and our staff with respect. Aggressive, confrontational, or profane behavior will not be tolerated.

Non-compliance with any of MoAD’s gallery policies, or any unmannerly behavior, will be grounds for immediate ejection of the premises.
